A piece of breaking news reaching us at occupygh.com indicates that there has been a fatal road accident at Offinso Abofour in the Offinso South District of the Ashanti Region.
According to the details, the accident involved a Sprinter Bus that was en route to the North part of Ghana and a Trailer loaded with logs traveling down south.
16 other persons have sustained injuries and are receiving treatment at St Patrick’s Hospital.
Investigation into the accident has reportedly begun as National Road Safety Authority indicate both drivers were tired and veered off from their lanes.
Other details emerging indicate that casualties are children of the head porters.
