A recent ruling by the Adentan Circuit Court has bench a warrant for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1, CEO of embattled Menzgold Company.
Finally, an arrest warrant has been issued for the arrest of NAM1, following the collapse of his presumed gold dealership company.
Aside from Nana Appiah Mensah, the two others who are set to be arrested are Gabriel Kwamigah who is known as Gabby, and Eric Amponsah Bediako who is also known as Cana.
NAM1 and the two other persons, Gabriel Kwamigah, aka, Gabby and Eric Amponsah Bediako, aka, Cana, have been accused persons have been charged with conspiracy to defraud by false pretense.
