The head coach for the Senior National Team of Ghana, Black Star is known as Charles Akonnor has reportedly been sacked by the Ghana football association (GFA) following Black Star’s loss to South Africa.
The head coach has been fired by the GFA with an immediate effect.
CK Akonnor leaves with two assistant coaches and a committee has been set up to find a new head coach in the next 72-hours.
The Black Stars will be playing Zimbabwe in the next round of the World Cup qualifiers on 11th October 2021.
