The former head of national security and foreign affairs of the provisional national defense council (PNDC) has been reported dead after suffering from an ailment.
Mr. Kojo Tsikata is a retired Captain in the Ghana Armed Forces. He was appointed in 1982 under the Jerry John Rawlings administration.
The demise of Kojo Tsikata has really saddened the hearts of Ghanaians.
May his soul rest in perfect peace…
