
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>A three-story building still under construction has collapsed into another building beside it on Akanbi Crescent in the Yaba area of Lagos State.</strong></p>



<p>According to PUNCH, an eyewitness said a part of the building had collapsed late last year, but the construction did not stop.</p>

<p>Another eyewitness on Lawani Street, a street off the scene of the incident, said that her car was affected last year when a section of the building collapsed, however, construction continued despite the police being called in.</p>



<p>The Director-General, of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu confirmed the incident.</p>



<p>A 16-year-old boy and another adult male have come out of the rubble while there is an unconfirmed number still trapped in the collapsed building.</p>



<p>One person is however feared to have died.</p>
