A woman has been called out after she was captured scrubbing a bride’s face with the money she took from her strange bag.

In the video, the woman was spotted out of nowhere with a strange bag. She took the money from it and scrubbed the face of the bride as she was dancing with her during a wedding ceremony.
The bride’s observant friend knocked off the woman’s hand who then waved to show remorse.
