A piece of breaking news reaching us at occupygh.com indicate that the secretary of the defunct Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), Charles Bissue has been declared wanted by the Office of the Special Prosecutor.
This comes days after the Office of the Special Prosecutor secured an order from the court to arrest him.
A writ sighted by occupygh.com as shared by the OSP office simply labels Mr Charles Bissue a wanted man.
The writ reads:
“CHARLES CROMWELL NANABAYIN ONUAWONTO BISSUE
Corruption and corruption-related offenses regarding the activities and expenditure of the dissolved Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), especially in respect of the seizure and management of excavators, machinery, road vehicles, and gold nuggets; and use of public office for profit”
