A Rwandan court has sentenced a Chinese man to 20 years in prison for torture after he was caught on camera flogging Rwandan employees tied to a tree.
A video sighted by occupygh.com captures the exact moment the Rwandan employees were flogged by the Chinese man.
The video captures the suspect with what looks like a wire whip flogging his employees tied to a tree.
The employees were accused of theft. The Manager of the mine was captured being lashed the most.
