John Paintsil, a former teammate of the late Christian Atsu allegedly opined that his teammate Atsu died because of his good act of bailing out prisoners from prison.
This was revealed by the boss of the Crime Check Foundation, Mr. Ibrahim Oppong Kwarteng – Crim Check was the face behind the movement supported by Atsu to bail out innocent victims of today’s system that were in jail, mostly for wrong incarceration.
According to Mr. Ibrahim Oppong Kwarteng of Crime Check Foundation, John Paintsil told him on a phone call that, “Christian Atsu’s act of bailing out prisoners invited curses into his life leading to his death”.
The Crime Check Foundation made the revelation in a radio interview with Kofi TV.
As it stands, John is yet to react to the allegations.
