Christian Atsu, a Ghanaian professional footballer, is feared to be trapped under the rubble after a devastating earthquake struck Turkey this morning.
The earthquake, which had a magnitude of 7.5, caused widespread damage, including collapsing buildings and widespread panic.
The video capturing the moment when the building Atsu was in collapsed has been widely shared on social media, sparking widespread concern for the Ghanaian footballer.
Many people, including fellow professional footballers, have taken to social media to pray for Atsu’s safe rescue.
It is not yet clear what the current situation is for the footballer and the search for survivors continues.
