British journalist popularly known as Isha Isatu Sesay of Sierra Leonean origin has become a mother for the first time at the age of 47.
She does concede that at the age of 40 doubts had started creeping in.
The former CNN journalist knew that motherhood was one of her biggest wishes however hers has not been an easy path.
Isha is a renowned former CNN journalist known as Isha Sesay, after breaking up with her partner, months earlier, she decided to do the chilling thing that she had desired for a long time, having a baby on her own.
The renowned journalist said her heart is full and she is ready for the rollercoaster path of being a mother as it is something she had dreamed of for so long.
After 2 futile IVF cycles, Sesay was giving up faith but decided to try it out for the 3rd time. She tried governing her expectations that she would not be devastated if it wasn’t successful.
When she got to know she was pregnant she shared the news with the world.
