It requires a lot from women to keep their bodies attractive and fit. Some were born with good and curvaceous bodies some also work out for it.
Most especially when they get close to their 50s (menopausal) stages, they begin to lose their body shape.
However, in a viral video going viral of a 66 years old woman, she revealed what has made her body intact even at such an old age.
According to her, when she was young, she took care of her body and herself and she is proud of how she is still looking now.
