Nigerian ace musician Davido has finally decided on what he will be doing with N200,000,000 he garnered in a jovial appeal for funds for his birthday on social media.
According to a recent post made by Davido as sighted by occupygh.com, the Nigerian star is on the path to giving it all to charity.
In addition to the N200,000,000, Davido plans on topping up with N50,000,000, his own money.
This will amount to N250,000,000 ($486,928)
In a statement on Instagram, he noted:
“A lot of people have called me saying it’s your money, keep it, don’t listen to what people are saying, but not to be corky, the money is a lot; I won’t say I don’t need it. I think there are more people that need it more than me. Right now, we are at about N201M; so, I’ve decided to donate all the money out in Nigeria and apart from the N201M, I will add N50M from my own money,”
