An alleged thief targeting male genitalia was apprehended at Madina Market early this morning.
In a video available to us, the neatly dressed young man is observed carrying a suitcase within the market premises.
Reports indicate that his initial attempt on the day proved unsuccessful as he was apprehended and almost faced physical retribution.
Residents were seen congregating and confronting him although it remains unclear whether he was handed over to the police.
