Renowned Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu, has expressed his deep disappointment and dismay towards the family of legendary musician, Yaw Sarpong, for dragging him to a public forum, Aunty Naa’s show, to discuss his personal issues.
In an emotional outburst, Kwaku Manu chastised Yaw Sarpong’s children for allowing their mother to take their father to the media, stating that it will be a decision they will regret for the rest of their lives. He emphasized that a musician of Yaw Sarpong’s caliber deserves better and should not be subjected to public scrutiny for the wrong reasons.
Kwaku Manu urged the children to take responsibility for protecting their father’s legacy, even if it means speaking up against their mother’s actions. He emphasized that Yaw Sarpong’s contributions to the music industry are priceless and should be respected.
The actor also cautioned the family on the sensitive nature of discussing personal issues, such as Yaw Sarpong’s relationship with Maame Tiwa, in public. He advised them to prioritize their father’s dignity and legacy over personal grievances.
