According to Aproko Doctor, whose real name has been identified as Doctor Chinonso Egemba, people who are about 30 years should sleep properly every night if they can.
He added that not sleeping at least 6 to 8 hours can increase the risk of not being able to reason properly.
He further pointed out sleep helps to flush the brain of some harmful chemicals that might lead to its damage.
He advised people not to listen to motivational speakers that make sleeping look like a bad thing and that sleeping is very important.
He further advised against the use of a sleeping pill. He further asks that they try to leave their phones/computers two hours before they sleep and to avoid blue light in their rooms.
