Drama As Angry Sofo Maame Strips Pastor N@kɛd During Church Service

Pastor David Odeniyi has taken the step to petition the Mapo Grade ‘A’ Customary Court in Ibadan, seeking the dissolution of his marriage to Bolanle, citing domestic violence and consistent public humiliation as the primary reasons.

Residing in Basorun, Ibadan, Pastor Odeniyi recounted a distressing incident where his estranged wife publicly stripped him naked during a church service, leading to immense embarrassment in front of the congregation.

Adding to his grievances, Pastor Odeniyi accused Bolanle of abandonment, highlighting her unapproved travel to Libya, leaving their child behind for two years.

Despite attempts at reconciliation following a prior divorce suit filed at a Grade ‘C’ Customary Court in the Gate area of Ibadan, Pastor Odeniyi asserted that Bolanle’s behavior remained unchanged.

However, Bolanle’s absence in court to address her husband’s allegations further fueled Pastor Odeniyi’s sense of disillusionment. He expressed profound regret over the mistreatment endured, including physical assaults, denial of visitors, and alleged poisoning.

Presiding over the case, President Mrs. S.M. Akintayo acknowledged the validity of the customary marriage but respected Pastor Odeniyi’s wish to terminate the union.

Consequently, the court issued an order restraining Bolanle from threatening, harassing, or interfering in her estranged husband’s private life.
