Netizens have called for the arrest of a man who has been spotted in a viral video driving on a highway street with his leg.
The man, yet to be identified was driving a big truck at high speed on a main road.
He is noted to have asserted that he is the best driver in the whole of Central Region.
He was in the company of a co-driver and another person who was videotaping the entire situation.
