A shocking incident has been reported by a Nigerian lady, @lotanaa, who hired a driver only to have him steal her car, laptop, and valuables on his first day of work.
The driver, who absconded with the car, surprisingly took it to church and gave a testimony claiming God had blessed him with a new vehicle.
The suspect sold the stolen MacBook Pro, worth over a million naira, for a mere N100,000 at Alaba market in Lagos.
However, the quick response of the CP Tactical Team C in Surulere ensured the recovery of all stolen items, including the car and laptop.
The lady expressed her gratitude to the police team, describing them as professional, efficient, and well-trained.
She also thanked God for the safe recovery of her belongings, acknowledging that the experience was a testament to His kindness and love.
