
<p>The Ghana UK Music Awards 2023 took place during the weekend, on October 7.</p>



<p>The Royal Regency in London served as the venue for the event.</p>



<p>Shatta Wale, a dancehall artist, was named Artiste Of The Year.</p>



<p>For the top prize, Shatta Wale defeated Black Sherif, Piesie Esther, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy.</p>



<p>Frank Naro, Piesie Esther, Shatta Wale, and others were among the scheduled performers.</p>

<p>A ruckus was reportedly started by gospel singer Piesie Esther, who forced Frank Naro off the stage while he was performing.</p>



<p>Piesie Esther is alleged to have worked with the MC to have Frank Naro removed from the stage a short time after he took it.</p>



<p>The promoters asked an unplanned UK musician to perform, which caused Frank Naro&#8217;s performance to be delayed by around two minutes, according to the report.</p>



<p>Frank Naro was called to the stage after his performance, but Piesie Esther supposedly didn&#8217;t understand and had him escorted off.</p>



<p>She refused to participate since Frank Naro was scheduled to appear at the same time.</p>
