Election Petition Judgement: Nana Akufo-Addo Remains President Of Ghana

Election Petition Judgement: The Supreme Court of Ghana has given its final verdict on the Election Petition 2020.

The verdict:

“We dismiss the petition for having no merits”

Ghana’s Supreme Court judges have ruled, validating Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo as President of the West African country.

This simply means that Nana Akufo-Addo remains President of the Republic of Ghana until the next election in 2024.
