A piece of disturbing news reaching our news desk at occupygh.com indicates that a 31-year-old teacher teacher, Fedelix Kogbe, has been accused of defiling a 15-year-old student.
The teacher has since been sentenced to 12 years in prison by an Accra Circuit Court.
Despite pleading not guilty, Fedelix Kogbe was found guilty by Mrs. Christina Cann.
According to the details gathered, the incident occurred on December 7, 2019, in Dome, Accra, where Kogbe, the former teacher, was invited by the victim to install software on her laptop while she was home alone.
The complainant, the victim’s father, discovered the crime upon returning home, leading to Kogbe’s arrest.
Despite Kogbe’s denial and claiming it was just a kiss, investigations confirmed the sexual intercourse with the underage victim.
