
<p class="has-medium-font-size">FIFA has fully installed VAR equipment at the Kumasi Baba Yara Stadium ahead of the FIFA World Cup Playoff between Ghana and Nigeria.</p>



<p>Th Video Assistant Review (VAR) works as a team of three people working together to review decisions made by the main referee. They do this by watching video footage of the relevant occurrences off the football pitch.</p>

<p>This is the first time the technology has been applied in Ghana.</p>
