heresa Kufuor, who passed away at the age of 87 on Sunday, October 1, 2023, was not only the wife of the second President of the Fourth Republic of Ghana, John Kufuor, but also served as the First Lady of Ghana.
In addition to her prominent role in the nation’s history, she was a dedicated nurse and midwife.
The funeral service held in Accra attracted notable dignitaries, including former President John Mahama and the current President, Nana Addo, among others, honoring her legacy and contributions to the country.
