Ghanaian musician Fameye is currently laughing to the bank after a fuel station compensated him with a whooping GH¢25,000 after the station filled his car with adulterated fuel.
You will recall Fameye made headlines a few weeks ago after he visited a fuel station to power up his vehicle.
Fameye complained when his car was fueled with water instead of petrol.
Fameye reportedly spent over ¢7,000 to have his vehicle repaired.
However, good news in a form of compensation has smiled at the Ghanaian musician.
Fameye took to Twitter to announce the latest update.
He noted that although he is yet to recover the damage the adulterated fuel did to his car, he has been compensated.
“So few days ago, I go buy fuel from one fuel station, 700 cedis, the rest is heartbreaking They filled my tank with water mixed with petrol as I’m talking to you now my car Honda pilot touring 2019 model is spoilt 😢 Spent 7k already still not working!!! What do I do?”, Fameye noted in a post sighted by occupygh.com.
