Gaddafi’s Last Words Before He Died: Muammar Gaddafi was born in 1942 and died in 2011. He was a military colonel ruler. He ruled Libya as President from 1961 till his death.
Gaddafi was known by many because he led a group of Libyan military to fight against King Idris during a coup in 1969. he undertook several states in Africa in the years between 1970-1980.
As a leader, Gaddafi transformed Libya from a republic to a socialist star in 1977. He named it Jamahiriya meaning “state of masses” in English.
Gaddafi was shot and succumbed to wounds inflicted on him on 20th October 2011. He died a painful death during the battle of Sirte. During the attack, Gaddafi hides in a drainage pipe with several bodyguards. However, NT fighters opened fire and Gadaffi was hit several times.
