Sad! George Floyd Reburied In Nigeria | PHOTOS
Strange enough, the late George Floyd has been reburied in Imo State, Nigeria by a popular pastor.
George Perry Floyd Jr. was a black American man killed during an arrest after allegedly passing a counterfeit $20 bill in Minneapolis. A white police officer, Derek Chauvin, knelt on Floyd’s neck for nearly eight minutes.
His re-burial service was headed by a popular pastor in Nigeria, Pastor Humble Okoro.
According to details gathered by OccupyGh, Pastor Humble Okoro during the funeral noted:
“ I have traced the ancestral root of George Obinna Floyd to Umuoffor kindred in Obokwu Obibi Aboah Mbaise Imo State and i feel so happy now that we have buried him alongside with his ancestors.”
Pastor Humble Okoro linked the late George Floyd to a town in Nigeria known as Mbaise.
