Ghana Confirms 10,201 Cases Of COVID-19

Ghana has just confirmed 10,201 cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as of 10th June 2020.

The total number of active cases of COVID-19 in Ghana currently stands at 6,398.

The Ghana Health Service reports:

A total of 10,201 cases of COVID-19 with forty-eight (48) deaths have been recorded.

Regional Breakdown:

• Greater Accra Region – 6,521
• Ashanti Region – 1,799
• Western Region – 778
• Central Region – 539
• Eastern Region – 175
• Volta Region – 158

• Western North Region – 74
• Upper East Region – 42
• Oti Region – 38
• Northern Region – 37
• Upper West Region – 22

• Bono East Region – 13
• North East Region – 2
• Savannah Region – 1
• Bono Region – 1
• Ahafo Region – 1

Nevertheless, it is important to note that a total number of 3,755 people have recovered according to the Ghana Health Service.
