Ghanaian footballer Farouk Adams who plays for the Aduana Stars has been arrested for allegedly knocking down a police officer and leaving the scene.
According to the details, Farouk Adams allegedly knocked the Police officer, Constable Amos Mattey, with his car and left him to die at the scene.
The unfortunate incident is said to have happened late Monday between Asuotiano and Asuhyiae in the Dormaa East District of the Bono Region.
The officer, Constable Amos Mattey is of the Wamfie Police station.
