The Seabreacher is a semi-submersible personal watercraft “submarine” machine that cost over ¢904,000.
Ibrahim Mahama was spotted in the video available to occupygh.com as he speed off, moving from the surfaces of the water in Ada.
The two-seat semi-submersible machine is seen exhibiting moves like a dolphin.
