Ghanaian Highlife artist Akwaboah has finally addressed why he chose to marry another woman instead of his baby mama.
In a recent interview with Delay, Akwaboah revealed that he lacked peace of mind while dating his baby mama. He expressed that, as a young man, it was never his intention to have multiple baby mamas, but circumstances led him down that path.
Akwaboah also mentioned that he was unaware his wife was a virgin until he proposed marriage to her, emphasizing that her virginity was not a factor in his decision to marry her.
Akwaboah Jnr married his partner, Theresa, on Friday, May 3, 2024, in a vibrant ceremony. He first announced the marriage on Instagram on Wednesday, May 1. The couple celebrated their traditional marriage on May 3, followed by a white wedding the next day.
Pictures from the traditional ceremony, posted by Akwaboah on social media, show Mrs. Akwaboah in a stunning and colorful corseted kente gown, featuring a combination of red, blue, and yellow hand-beaded designs. Photos from their white wedding are also capturing widespread attention.
