A video of an Indian father going viral shows him throwing a lavish party to welcome his divorced daughter back home.
His post-party statement has gone viral and touched many people’s hearts. Prem Gupta’s daughter Sakshi Gupta married engineer Sachin Kumar in April 2022. But he and her in-laws started abusing her soon after.
She confided her predicament to her father after months of trying to resolve the matter, and he supported his daughter’s decision to dissolve her marriage.
Prem Gupta, a man from Jharkhand, broke tradition by giving his daughter a Baraat party to celebrate her return.

According to Gupta, Kumar and his family abused his daughter multiple times and even had her “thrown out” of her married home.
