Darko Vibes recently argued that, unlike other popular songs that “expire” after a few months, his extensive collection of music is ageless and won’t fade away.
The Ghanaian musician who worked with Nigerian singer Davido on the song “Je M’appelle” asserts that due to the special energy he brought to the performance, the song would endure forever.
He made this bold claim in a recent interview on 3Music TV’s Big Conversation. He continued by saying that his audience would continue to be greatly impacted by previous hits like Tomorrow, Stay Woke, and Inna Song.
Proudly, the singer said: “I think Je M’appelle is that kind of song that is never going to die.” He intimated that there was a sense of nostalgic feeling brought onto songs like Tomorrow, Stay Woke and Inna Song.
When I recorded those songs, they gave me nostalgic vibes and memories…Je M’appelle is here to stay.”
