Dr. Michael Kpessa Whyte has disclosed to Lawyer Justin Amenuvor in today’s Election Petition hearing at the Supreme Court that his team was instructed by the first respondent, Jean Mensah, to leave the Strong Room.
“We were instructed by the 1st Respondent to leave” – Dr. Michael Kpessa Whyte asserted responding to Lawyer Justin Amenuvor at the Supreme Court.

However, Dr. Kpessa Whyte noted that he did not speak with the Chairperson personally.
