Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed a physically challenged man, Joseph Makubu as minister-designate for Oti Region.

The young man is currently trending on various social media platforms. This is because the young man, known as a grassroots member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), is physically challenged.
