Christian Atsu’s elder son, Joshua Twasam Atsu has won the Northumberland Football League Player Of the Year Award.
A video that captures the beautiful moment Joshua was handed the award has since surfaced online.
Joshua Twasam Atsu, the 9-year-old, child of the late Christian Atsu currently plays for the youth side of the Gosforth Football Club.
Joshua has taken after his father by starting a career in football and recently helped his side to win the Pro Motiv8 tournament.
