The time for the swearing-in of Ghana President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his Vice, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has been shifted, moved forward, OccupyGh.com has gathered.
This was done to make available time for a proper swearing-in.
Akufo-Addo‘s swearing was initially scheduled to start at 11:00 am today, 7th January 2020.
The ceremony which is to take place at the forecourt of the parliament has been moved to noon today, January 7, 2021.
This was announced by the newly elected Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin.
