Nana Kofi Owusu, a Principal Dietitian with over ten years of practice in both public and private health facilities with a specialization in Diabetes has revealed that Kenkey food wrapped in white plastic or polytene bag causes cancer.
According to Nana Kofi Owusu, the sad act causes cancer over time as people consume it.
Kofi Owusu made the assertion for the third time as he appears on United TV health show.
“I’ve said this before and I am saying it again, Kenkey wrapped in plastic bag or polytene rubber bags causes cancer over time…
As they keep boiling or cooking the food in rubber, the substance in the rubber goes into the food. The substance is cancerous…”, Mr Owusu denoted as he goes ahead to show specimens evidence.
