KNUST SHS Student Protest Over Death of Colleague Who Was Abandoned By Teachers

Students of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology SHS, have begun to protest because of the death of colleague after he was abandoned while sick due to fear of having COVID-19.

According to an earlier report on UTV’s Adekye Nsroma, the student was left unattended to till his father arrived from a 3-hour journey to take him to a medical center where he passed on upon arrival.

The students upon hearing this sad news have embarked on a protest on the school premises as they try to register their displeasure about the news.

Students of KNUST SHS are seen in the video sing and chanting, “Something is about to happen” as they combed on the school premises. The news has saddened the hearts of the students and is now acting out of pain from losing a friend and a colleague.
