Ghanaian forex trader Kojo Forex has finally subpoenaed Bongo Ideas, a Ghanaian Twitter troll, to appear before a court.
Kojo Forex and Bongo Ideas have been going back and forth on social media for a while now – at one time, Kojo summoned Bongo to desist and seize the social media call.
As noted, that didn’t go well with Bongo, who in a counter allegedly contacted his lawyers to counter the said writ.
Well, in the latest, Kojo has finally shared on social media a writ to summon Bongo Ideas to appear before the court.
“To Alber Nathaniel Hyde,
An action having been commenced against you by the issue o this writ by the above-mentioned plaintiff Bright Kojo Onipayede
You are hereby commanded that within EIGHT DAYS after the service of this writ on you inclusive of the day of service you do cause an appearance to be entered for you…”, the writ read.
