A popular Kotoko fan know for his notoriety – Seidu Mba has been arrested by the Ghana Police alongside Nigerians in connection to the kidnapping of two Canadian ladies, OccupyGh.com reports.
The two girls, working with a local NGO, were kidnapped were rescued by a joint operation between the Ghana and Canada security forces on Wednesday, June 12, one week after they were kidnapped around the Royal Golf Club in Kumasi.
The police have further moved to apprehend the culprits and immediately flown them to Accra for further inquiries.

Seidu, one of the suspects arrested, has been causing troubles at matches of Kotoko with his most notable incident the chasing away of former Kotoko coach Zravdko Lugarusic from the club’s training grounds.
He also recently warned head coach CK Akonnor of a similar incident if results did not improve but the club moved to back the manager and warned Seidu not to step foot at the club’s training grounds.
Seidu was also reportedly part of the Delta Force squad that stormed the Kumasi High Court, manhandled a judge and freed their members last year.
