The Kwabenya Traditional Council in the GA East Municipality has threatened to burn down a house used as a meeting place for a lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) group at Ahsongman.
According to the details privy to occupyGh.com, the LGBTQI group last Wednesday, February 17, 2021, had a meeting at Ashongman.
The said house was used as a meeting ground for the illegal group.
With knowledge of this, the Kwabenya Traditional Council has vowed to deal with the activities of the said LGBT group.

KWABENYA TRADITIONAL COUNCIL THREATENS TO BURN DOWN LGBT MEETING GROUNDS AT ASHONGMAN
The Kwabenya Traditional Council in the GA East Municipality of the Greater Accra Region has threatened to burn down a house where it is alleged that the Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender LGBT, had a meeting last Wednesday at Ashongman, a community within the Kwabenya District.
The Chiefs said an investigation has been launched into the matter to find out the exact house and the owner of the premises.
PRO of the traditional Council who is also the Kwabenya Musuku manhene, Nii Mensah Dza Nyomo 1 said the council will not hesitate to set the premises ablaze after their investigations. “we won’t sit down for kwabenya to gain a bad name that the LGBT meeting grounds or office is located in kwabenya Ashongman. No way! He added”
This was said during a press conference organized by the kwabenya traditional council.
