A young lady has been accused of engaging in what has been described as a Telecel MoMo fraud.
Although she has declined her involvement and her innocence hangs on the line, this article is to inform of the new tactics being adopted.
She is said to have visited several mobile money outlet to withdraw money and sending fake text alert.
Upon the approach of her tactic by an agent who recognized her, she denied that she was the one. She is said to always run her crime with the help of an taxi hailing driver.
