Lady caught on camera for stealing glass cup at an event | VIDEO

Some people have no self-respect and it shows. A lady was caught on videotape while she was stealing a glass cup at what looked like a wedding. In the video, she was captured slowly stealing the cup with a white tissue in it into her back. Seated right after her was a guy who seemed to have not seen what occurred.
