Lady Goes Completely Blind After Having Headache
A Ghanaian lady, Alberta Dede Nartey, has revealed that she lost her sight after experiencing mild headaches back in 2015.
According to the 29-year-old woman, in an interview with JoyNews, at the time of the unfortunate incident, she was working as a vendor at an ECG prepaid shop in Accra to save for her further education, while awaiting admission into the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
Alberta said picking herself up emotionally was not easy because, for almost a whole year after the incident, she often drowned herself in tears at home.
The young woman was taken to different types of hospitals, herbalists, and religious experts including pastors for help but no proper diagnosis or solution could be proffered.
Upon graduation, the young lady decided to come to terms with her condition as a blind person and sought ways to live with it. Alberta then decided to pick herself up and pursue her dreams of becoming a journalist.
