A recent survey by Fitch Solutions, a UK-based polling firm, has projected a significant victory for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
According to the survey, NDC leader John Mahama is expected to secure a decisive win with 54% of the vote. This margin indicates a strong lead over the New Patriotic Party (NPP), making an NDC victory highly probable.

Fitch Solutions attributes this predicted outcome to public concerns over the economy and employment, which are the primary factors influencing voter decisions.
After eight years in opposition, it appears that former President Mahama is poised to return to office, potentially completing an additional term akin to previous presidents.
