Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata To Subpoena EC Chairperson Jean Mensa (VIDEO)

Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata is set to subpoena EC Chairperson Jean Mensa following the Supreme Court denial to cross-examine her.

To subpoena someone simply means to send a writ ordering a person to attend a court.

Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata’s move is to push for a review of the Supreme Court decision preventing Tsatsu from cross-examining Jean Mensah.
