An alleged student of the University of Ghana, Legon has been spotted on the streets of Lapaz in Accra exhibiting signs of madness.
This is true from a new viral video that has just surfaced on social media as privy to occupygh.com.
Although the details are scanty, it is alleged that the lady in the video is a student from the University of Ghana, Legon.
She reportedly took Wee Toffee which made her go insane.
She is seen in the video gallivanting left and right as she utters inaudible sentences to herself.
The community is said to have pleaded for assistance to locate her family relatives.
