Lifting The Lockdown In Ghana Is A Big Mistake – John Mahama

John Dramani Mahama has suggested that President Akufo-Addo directive to lift the partial lockdown which was place in some areas of the country is a big mistake.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) took to twitter to make his suggestions known to the president.

According to John Mahama, many health experts are advocating for an extension of the partial lockdown. Others are even calling for a total lockdown of the whole country.

He tweeted:

“Recent developments have made it clear, the extent of the spread of the virus. The last report put the number of confirmed cases at 834. Many health experts continue to suggest the necessity and appropriateness of an extension of the restrictions on movement.”
