A young man has been stripped, beaten by the Police for defying lockdown orders that were enacted today at 01:00 GMT.
The lockdown was a measure deployed to control activities and prevent further spread of the virus, security personnel has been deployed into the restricted zones (Accra, Tema, and Kumasi) to ensure law and order.
However, a stubborn Youngman in Nima, Accra, received the ‘beatings of his life’ this dawn.
In the video sighted by us at OccupyGH.com, the young man can be seen being whipped by the Police for defying the orders.
The aftermath, strips of mark canes can be seen on his back.
